Full description:
  Varnish Broadcaster broadcasts requests to multiple Varnish caches
 from a single entry point. Thus enabling orchestration of purging/banning
 across multiple Varnish cache instances. The Broadcaster consists of a
 web-server with a REST API which will receive invalidation requests and
